Adv. Talekar is Managing Partner, (Former Chairman, Bar Council MH and Goa) Advocate S.B. Talekar, a distinguished legal expert, has significantly influenced India's justice system over four decades. Educated at Lakhamgouda Law College, University Law College Bangalore, and ILS Law College Pune, he began his career in 1983 at the Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court, establishing his practice independently. His landmark cases include challenging a 1989 government resolution on caste-based reservations and securing pay-scale salaries for 7,500 Muster Assistants in 1990. In 1987, he filed the first-ever contempt petition at the Aurangabad bench, setting a precedent for legal accountability.
