NIDAAN LAWSCAPES is a new project under taken by the Committee - Nidaan Legal Aid Forum, under the parent body of the VED Foundation based in Lonavala. Nidaan Legal Aid Forum is committed to strengthening legal awareness and empowering communities by bridging the gap between citizens and the justice system. The Forum works closely with vulnerable groups—including rural women, senior citizens in shelter homes, and orphans - who often lack knowledge of their basic constitutional rights, such as the right to live with dignity and the right to a healthy environment. Nidaan also prioritises youth engagement, especially among law students, while simultaneously educating enforcement agencies like the Police to enhance ground-level justice delivery.

The publication aims to feature original research articles, analytical essays, legislative reviews, and doctrinal studies authored by research scholars, academicians, legal practitioners, and students of law and litigants. It hopes to open up the space for a meaningful dialogue on law, its enforceability, its emerging conundrums.
