Dr. Pathak is Dr. Harsh Pathak is an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India with nearly two decades of experience, holding an MBA, LL.B., and a Ph.D. in International Law. His expertise spans constitutional and regulatory matters, corporate and administrative laws, international treaties, public policy, natural resources, infrastructure, maritime and environmental regulations, service laws, and complex civil–criminal litigation. Dr. Pathak represents major national institutions including the Public Service Commissions of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan; the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS); the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC); Coal India Limited (CIL); the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU); the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI); Manganese Ore (India) Limited (MOIL); the Energy Efficiency Council of India (EECI); the Central University of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur; the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA); and the India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC). Internationally, he is associated with global legal bodies including the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (MLAANZ), the London Shipping Law Centre (LSLC), and the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), and is also a member of the European Society of International Law (ESIL). He currently serves as the Compliance Attorney for South East Asia for Heuser & Collagen, Frankfurt (Germany), and as Counsel for Natural Resource Laws for the Asia Mining Congress, Singapore, and Mines International Publication, London. His contributions include serving on the Bhopal Gas Tragedy Legal Assessment Committee (2010), the Electoral Reforms Core Committee of the Ministry of Law & Justice (2011–2012), and as a resource expert on the Right to Information for the Ministry of External Affairs’ international governance programme. Dr. Pathak also holds leadership and professional roles including Organizing Secretary of the French Indian Lawyers Association (FILA), Joint Secretary of the South Asian Culture Association (SACA), Panel Counsel of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) in the Supreme Court, Secretary of the Indian Atlantic Pacific Law Association (IAPLA), member of Mines & Money International, London, member of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), Vice President of the Jawaharlal Nehru Hockey Tournament Society, and member of Maritime Law ANZ as well as the European Society of International Law (ESIL).
